A Decepticon Raider in King Arthur's Court

Plot Summary:

After a heated battle with the Autobots, somewhere in England, the Decepticons find refuge in a cave that turns out to be an ancient time travel device. The Decepticons Starscream, Ramjet, Rumble and Ravage followed later by Spike and Autobots Hoist and Warpath, find themselves in Medieval times. There they take sides in a dispute over land by two rival kingdoms. Running low on energy, Starscream builds an electric dynamo to recharge himself and the other Decepticons, and creates gunpowder for weaponry. The Autobots eventually prevail and take the Decepticons back into the time device cave...but not before a brief run-in with the owner of the cave; a large dragon.

Rumble: "What is this joint, anyway?"
Starscream: (very dry) "Our tomb."

Watch For...

The same pan-around-the-focus camera style (a là 'bullet time') used in "Traitor".

The dragon actually looks like a dragon from medieval tapestry and illumination. Very cool!

Comments:

According to the year the Transformers are transported back to (543 A.D.) and Starscream's figure of 1,451 years until Megatron is awakened, this show takes place in 1994, not 1985 as it would by show chronology.

They established that Starscream was formerly a scientist with Skyfire in "Fire in the Sky", so it's a nice touch that he creates the electric dynamo and the gunpowder.

You know, a girl in a dress probably could keep a man in armour pinned if she could get him down on the floor; full plate armour is bloody heavy.
