The Immobilizer

Plot Summary:

Wheeljack invents a device which can petrify any object, rendering it harder than any known substance. During a field test the device is stolen by the Decepticons when Ironhide, who was in charge of security, is distracted by Carly, the fangirl/stalker. Feeling the theft is his fault, Ironhide resigns his commission. But when Carly is captured by the Decepticons after an attempt to bomb their underwater base, it is up to Ironhide to rescue both her, and the Immobilizer.

Best Dialogue:

Spike: "This isn't a car. This is Bumblebee."
Officer: "Yeah? Then let's see it buzz and make honey."

Wheeljack: "Right now this water is harder than any substance we know."
Brawn: "Not harder than my hydraulic knuckles!" (punches immobilized waterfall) "Ow, I take that back."

Cliffjumper speaks with Gears' voice.

The cop doesn't seem to notice Spike isn't sitting in the driver's seat when he pulls Bumblebee over.

Megatron transforms to gun mode without the transformation sounds.

Comments:

How does Carly know about the Decepticon's underwater base? Or Brawn's drill for that matter?

Megatron quite sadistically watches Carly 'die', lending an edge to the character usually not seen in a cartoon aimed at children.
