Restored
in 2004 for a friend, the original photo had
multiple scratches, stains, and crease marks,
and featured a cigarette burn in the center.
It had also been printed slightly crooked. I
straightened the edges, removed the burn and
crease marks, repaired the scratches, then added
the photo's date in a cursive font in the bottom
right.
Roll
over the image to view the original.

This
was created as a logo for the Star Trek Scale
Modeler's webring. The arrowhead logo was done
in Illustrator, then imported to Photoshop,
and some minor metallic effects added. The planet
was created using some random shapes for the
continents, with some blurring done over them
to create the illusion of clouds and an atmosphere.

The
whale in the background was imported into Photoshop
from a pre-existing Illustrator file received
from the client, tinted, then had its opacity
dropped slightly.

During
a forum discussion that came to involve references
to the show Pimp My Ride, a friend of
mine posted a quick cell phone photo of one
of her fish along with the demand that someone
"pimp my fish".
So
I did.
The
necklace the fish is 'wearing' was originally
silver. I did some work with Channels and the
Curves filter in Photoshop to turn it gold.
The chain as shown wasn't long enough to fit
around the fish, so one side of it was lengthened
using basic copy-and-paste.

This actually came from a dream
I had, where I was walking through the lobby
of a large corporation, and it was hanging on
the wall behind the reception desk. Next day
I sat down and drew it in Photoshop.
